We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.Position SummaryReporting to the Office Supervisor, the Office Coordinator is responsible for backing up and assisting office functions as required to ensure efficient shop operations.Primary Responsibilities And/Or Essential Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To:Receive cars OTMA Approvals Last ContentsDispo request and creation of waybillsEnter and update scheduled release dates (SRD)Upload Billing Repair Card (BRC) into customer websitesObtain and track approvalsRelease and invoice car recordsPayroll back up as neededEnsure car files are easily accessible and processed as requiredManage enroute board as requiredParticipate in and support quality projects and initiatives to ensure that the company achieves its goalsMetrics To Measure Performance:< 7 Released to invoiceCars held for approvalCars held for dispoTools Used In This Role:MARSAS400Released Not Invoiced ReportLocal Railroad System for WaybillsCustomer WebsiteADPHabits Of The Successful Office Coordinator:Be willing to assist on off shift as neededPrioritize invoicingBe responsive to customer communicationsWork responsibly and efficiently with limited supervision/directionThink outside the boxBe willing to take on other tasks and support all areas of operationMultitask with good problem-solving skills and offer solutions to problemsEducation/Experience/Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1-3 years of related work experience in a lean manufacturing/repair environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsWorks independently within established policy and procedures.Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelDisclaimer: Please note the duties listed are not set forth for purposes of limiting the assignment of work.
