Come make a splash with usPrimary ResponsibilitiesMaintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guests in the event of an accident or emergencyCommunicates the rules of the facility to patrons fairly and consistentlyProvides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical servicesEnsures that medical services are contacted by most appropriate means when necessary to respond to an emergencyAdvance through cross-training in multiple roles and substitutes when necessaryAssists with cleaning/maintenance as necessary during the shiftProvide a golden experience to our students, families, and team membersJob Qualifications And SkillsAbility to work with children.Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.Must pass background examinations (included with training).Instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider a plusHigh School Diploma/GED required, Some College preferred.Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification will be required.
