ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER:

Role definition:


Marketing -

Creating high quality leads and converting them into clients. Finding potential client

communities in the area (producers, designers, catering companies , venues).

1. Scheduling meetings

2. Building rapport

3. Personal attention (building relationships) , Costumer Service

4. Maintaining through follow-ups (excel sheet)

5. Managing client files , Tracking client events

6. Networking Associations

B2C - controlling the advertising platforms (WeddingPro, Yelp, IG, FB) (excel sheet)


Office -

1. Working with our software

2. Creating estimates and invoices , Debt collection

3. Knowledge in the inventory

4. Collaborating with the nearest Caesar branches


Hours - Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Weekend and holidays as needed.


Advantages:

- Experience in the event/production industry

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

- Experience in marketing and selling

- Experience in costumer service

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette

- Proficient in using various office software applications, including calendar management systems and file management software

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information

- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
