Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.Position Details:Senior Director Business Development- Nashville, TNLocation : 1100 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.Blvd-Floor 12, Nashville, TN 37203Project Duration : Full Time/PermanentShift Timing : Days- Work From Home/ Hybrid (approx. 25% travel requirements)Salary : $168K (min 10 years) - $205K max based on years of experience Position SummaryPosition is responsible for the continued growth of Client Client Program at the center, focused on execution of go to market execution Includes ongoing building and nurturing consultant and broker relationships, prospective organizations and the full spectrum of relationship management required to meet Clients high standards and service modelThis individual will possess strong industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to build credibility with, and foster professional relationships with corporate senior human resource executives, financial officers and other leadersJob Responsibilities: Meet/ exceed annual sales growth goals for Client pharmacy divisionServe Client Program expert to external constituents in the corporate segment (consultants, HR and other corporate contacts)Assist in the development of annual sales strategy/tacticsCreate and manage target lists for pursuit including both third party advisors (as potential channel partners) as well as prospective organizationsMeet/exceed required daily outreach/communication/interaction to applicable external stakeholders for new business growthActively contribute to growth of Client PBM and/or other category participation agreement volumeActive engagement with PBM vendor sales team, Client sales and marketing teams and clienpharmacy division to meet organizational financial metricsBuild and manage pipeline of corporate prospects across the sales cycle (including introduction, deeper review, final engagement support, crossline integration)Travel as needed, including attending meetings and conferences, in support of sales growthBe consistently visible in the marketplace to create new opportunitiesEngage with third party advisors (channel partners or otherwise) to provide enhanced client service and support; helping manage strategically the RFP response process for clientLead outreach to targeted new business opportunitiesCollaborate and/or support Client Sales team members by coaching, encouraging, and providing SME knowledge in effective SalesCollaborate on development of materials to support business development activities including educational material, promotional material, webinars, etcJob QualificationsBachelors degree in either math, science, business, marketing, health administration or related field required10 years minimum of previous experience in pharmacy benefits, PBM service HR consulting, business development, sales operations and 5 years in management roles.Track record of meeting sales goalsExperience leading sales teamExperience building relationships with HR buyers (benefits manager, VPHR, etc.) and third-party consultants/brokers is key.Strong working knowledge of PBM contracting, operations, and programmatic design elementsProfessional designation (Such as ASA/FSA, MBA, PharmD, RPh) preferredMUST HAVE CURRENT BD EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMACY SPACE- MIN 10 YEARS to be considered for the Senior Dir BD role25- 30% TRAVEL EXPECTEDWILL BE AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR TO THE TEAM- NO DIRECT REPORTSTo discuss this amazing opportunity, reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Himanshi Pandits at email address himanshi.pandit@generistek.com can be reached on # 630-576-1939.
