We are seeking creative, ambitious, and calculated risk-takers who love to close big deals. You will be responsible for hitting sales targets and ensuring current client success. Our Corporate Wellness business unit has big goals for growth. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be reporting on progress weekly. You will also be able to shape strategy and development of additional products to ensure success with our corporate clients.

The ideal candidate for this position has a prior track record of success as a standout performer in sales, has the ability to master our sales processes quickly within their first few months, and is a hustler with the desire to be paid based on performance

Requirements

Responsible for the following metrics:

  • Booked Revenue
  • Recognized Revenue
  • Average Deal size
  • Conversion/win rate
  • Sales funnel metrics

Requirements:

  • Competitive, persistent and high achieving
  • Methodical, process driven, able to see inefficiencies and research/implement solutions
  • Passionate about helping Moms
  • Confident in their natural ability to succeed at anything
  • Organized & data-driven
  • Ability to adapt quickly to software & process changes
  • Comfortable measuring and reporting the status of client relationships, B2B marketing initiatives, and revenue growth

Preferred:

  • Prior experience selling B2B
  • Deep understanding of following roles & responsibilities: Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, Account Manager
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM software

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Contact leads, set up appointments, and close contracts
  • Conduct account-based research to personalize outreach
  • Develop additional call and email strategies, and messaging to overcome objections and drive new opportunities
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bump Health's core products
  • Be a brand ambassador by communicating clearly and confidently about Bump Health
  • Utilize sales software to identify potential opportunities, manage daily interactions and conversations, and track progress through sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to communicate prospect needs and challenges in preparation for first meeting; provide support as needed throughout sales cycle
  • Provide feedback on quality of contacts, prospect needs, industry trends to help shape campaign messaging and future company offerings
  • Conduct research on prospective customer by using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
  • Coordinate and set lead follow up protocols with Senior Account Executive and CEO
