Job Duties


The day-to-day role will vary depending on the business needs; initial duties are as follows:

- Lead Regan Capital’s research efforts in US single family housing, mortgages, mortgage-backed securities, fixed income, public and private credit strategies.

- Work alongside the firm’s CIO and investment team to develop client-facing materials, including marketing decks, firm and fund brochures, tear sheets, monthly and quarterly commentaries, one-off whitepapers, regular commentaries.

- Engage with clients and interested parties to gather data and analytics on the aforementioned ecosystem and Regan-specific products.

- Generate ideas to further Regan’s efforts to lead the industry in fixed income thought leadership and performance.

- Interact with outside parties, media, vendors, and prospects to enhance and further Regan’s brand and marketing efforts.


Qualifications/Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree and/or CFA preferred.

- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of research, analytics, modelling, data management and manipulation experience in the areas of housing, mortgages and fixed income.

- Ability to work independently for long periods of time.

- Self-starter, highly efficient, motivated, and willing to take ownership and help drive initiatives forward.

- Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

- The position will be based in our Dallas office, successful candidates will be expected to reside in Dallas or relocate.
