The position requires flexibility to understand property-specific idiosyncrasies as well as to facilitate and manage the marketing process by coordinating with field and sales personnel.Responsibilities: - Working side by side with Community Managers and Sales and Marketing Team members to ensure all financial goals are met - Ensuring and strong and well-managed internet presence for designated community; monitor review and report on all marketing activity and results - Analyzing current market conditions and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for existing assets - Manage lead tracking by making contact and follow up Leads generated through marketing efforts and document all correspondence with database - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents and their families looking to move into the community and effectively communicate the mission of Lakeshore - Effectively market our community through networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events - Identify, establish and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to insure on-going referrals and continued opportunities to promote the communityQualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required - Business, sales, or marketing experience preferred - Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies-hands on experience - Technical marketing skills - Proven experience in customer service, sales and market research - Experience with computer proficiency and relevant software applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPhysical Requirements: Frequently required to sit; Frequently required to talk, listen and email; While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds.Compensation: $55K - $58,000.00/Yr with a total compensation of up to $110,000.00/Yr (Base plus Commission - Based on experience).
