Overview:


CoStrategix, a leading IT Services Company in Cincinnati, is in need of a highly organized and proactive Strategic Executive Assistant, a pivotal role that provides comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, the ability to anticipate the needs of executives, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and edit crucial correspondences, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  2. Have a keen understanding of the organization – the vision and business direction.
  3. Partner across organizational functions to coordinate and drive progress
  4. Plan and support events for large and off-site meetings
  5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
  6. Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
  8. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  9. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives
  10. Maintain office systems, including filing, records management, and office supply inventory
  11. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  12. Bring a high degree of comfort in handling technologies & tools for use in communications, presentations, etc. (Google Workspace and Microsoft tools).

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree management experience preferred
  2. 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  3. Technology Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, etc). and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  4. Experience supporting C-level executives
  5. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  6. Familiarity with project management tools and software
  7. IT/Technology experience preferred
