Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 6 month contract
Hours: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to facilitate the implementation of process improvements for the Annual Performance Report (APR). This role focuses on enhancing compliance and reducing the workload associated with APR preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Status Tracking: Monitor and follow up with section report authors to ensure timely completion of APR section reports.
Data Gathering: Conduct interviews with APR section report authors to assess the time and resources spent on report preparation.
Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings with section APR report authors to review and refine APR templates and work instructions, identifying areas for improvement.
Communication Management: Track and communicate the status of improvements to section report templates and work instructions.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes to ensure all participants are informed about decisions made and action items assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in Quality Specifically handling Annual Product Reviews
Personal Care Product experience, Consumer Products, or plant experience Ideal
Does need to have FDA experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
