Job Summary
Koala Insulation of Mercer and Middlesex Counties is seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing high-quality insulation in attics and crawlspaces while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction or related fields and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and skilled individual who is eager to develop and apply your skills, please submit your application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws.
  • Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job.
  • Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field.
  • Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customers.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
