The successful candidate should be an experienced Program Manager or Proposal Manager who is well-versed in People, Process, and Tools best practices within the Aerospace Defense industry. The successful candidate will serve as the single point of program management execution for the IS Division VP and their staff. The candidate will work effectively with the other members of the Maritime PMX staff, functional partners and the sector program teams./ppEssential Functions:/pulliDrive predictable program execution across Division Programs/liliOwn Program Performance Analysis / Reporting for the Division/liliPartner with programs to ensure executable baseline plans (cost and schedule)/liliDrive RO best practices into execution across all programs for the Division/liliManage Division PM training/liliOrganize Gate and Independent Reviews for the Division/liliOwn implementation of tools across the Division/liliSupport various sector and division reviews/liliEnsure appropriate PMO staffing for program proposals, baseline activities, and execution/liliEnforce Program Management policy and process requirements/liliContinuous improvement projects/liliCoordinates support of internal and customer audits/liliCoordinates and adjudicates PMX support priorities/liliAbility to Travel - 25%/liliAbility to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience/lilior post-graduate degree and 10 years of experience/lilior in lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience./lili10+ years of prior program management, proposal management, program planning, and EVMS experience/liliExperience working DoD projects in a Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) environment/li/ulpPreferred Additional Skills:/pulliDemonstrated ability to present to executives/management on important topics/liliDemonstrated ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutions/liliDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, across geographically-disbursed teams/liliActive Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance/liliPrior experience managing Profit Loss (PL)/liliPrior experience managing direct reports/liliPrior experience providing instructional training to program team(s)/liliKnowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc./liliKnowledge of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP)/liliAbility to Travel - up to 50%/li/ulpIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $130K-$242K. For California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $150-$278K.
