We are currently expanding and seeking a dedicated ** Litigation** Paralegal to join our Personal Injury Department at our Atlanta branch. ** Key Responsibilities** · Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation. · Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents; · Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions. · Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems; · Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorney's calendar and making travel arrangements; and · Coordinate appointments and meetings. ** Essential Knowledge & Skills** ** 3-5 years of Litigation in personal injury cases is a must.** · Detail-oriented and highly organized. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. · Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines. · Prior law firm experience is preferred. · Bilingual is preferred. · Knowledge of Neos software is preferred. ** Please email your resume to Careers@mas.law** Job Type: Full-time Company Description Award-winning personal injury law firm serving the community for over 20 years.
