PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be Trained. Initially learn about JetPro Pilots and the business aviation industry. You will be trained on-the-job to learn the facets of business aviation that are needed to perform the job.
  • Trip Coverage/Scheduling. Serve as one of our primary contacts to work with clients & crew as crew requests are submitted for client trips. Contact qualified crew based on the aircraft and location to check availability. Get approval from the client, as needed, and assign the crew member(s) to the trip, ensuring timely and accurate communications to both clients and crew (JetPro Trip™ service).
  • Onboarding & Recordkeeping. Work with remotely based aviation crew members and other office personnel in our office to onboard new pilots & other crew members into our system. Also work to help maintain crew records on an ongoing basis, according to company procedures.


SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruiting. Assist with recruiting efforts, if needed, for full-time placements for crew members with our clients (JetPro Recruit™ service) and/or crew members to be on JetPro’s full-time payroll & assigned exclusively to one client (JetPro HR™ service). Duties may include maintaining open requisitions, running ads, screening resumes, organizing/conducting interviews, dossier presentation to clients, and follow-up. Work with recruiters, JetPro management, and clients on hiring decisions.
  • Cell Phone & Internet Access. This position is responsible for maintaining a personal cell phone and reliable Internet access at their residence.
  • Background Check. This offer is contingent upon passing a criminal background check.
  • Positive Communication. Work with co-workers, aviation crew and clients through energetic and friendly communications.
  • Other Duties. Perform all other duties as needed and required by JetPro.


HARD SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong PC skills. Including 3+ years’ experience with: Microsoft Office, electronic file management, simple graphic/photo management skills (sizing & cropping), Internet usage, and video conferencing.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS). UKG/Kronos preferred.
  • Customer Resource Management (CRM). Salesforce preferred.
  • Organization. Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Time Management. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fast Paced. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.


SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Attitude. Exhibit a positive ‘can-do’ attitude every day
  • Friendly. Friendly interactions with prospects, clients, crew, co-workers, and management

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s degree in business or other technical field, or equivalent experience. (Preferred)


SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Part Time Schedule Option: Part time: 2 days/week (Mon & Thurs), 12-hour shift: 9:00am – 10:00pm w/ 60 min break at employee’s discretion. On-Call every other weekend.
  • Full Time Schedule Option: 1 additional day per week (i.e. 3 days/week) may be available, which constitutes full-time status & benefit eligibility.
  • Base Wages. Hourly position, pay rate will commensurate with experience.
  • On-Call Pay. On-call premium pay is offered.
  • Bonuses. Additional Trip fulfillment bonuses offered for trips worked while on-call.
  • Pay Method. Paid via direct deposit on bi-weekly installments (every other Friday). Appropriate federal & state taxes will be withheld according to law and employee withholding elections.
  • Benefit Eligibility. Benefits are available for full-time employees, including paid time off, health insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k). These benefits are not offered to part-time employees.

JetPro employees that are typically off-site and working at client locations.
