Leasing Specialist- Model Tobacco (Richmond, VA)Model Tobacco, a premier multifamily community in Richmond, VA, is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at WPM Real Estate Management. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least 2 years of multifamily leasing experience and a background in sales or customer service.As a Leasing Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in fostering resident satisfaction, planning community events, and supporting daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist prospects, residents, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasmConduct property tours and follow up on leads to convert prospects into new residentsGuide applicants through the leasing process, including collecting and processing all required documentationMaintain accurate records, including traffic reports, vacancy logs, and resident filesCoordinate move-ins and ensure apartments are prepared and move-in readySupport resident retention efforts by planning and participating in community eventsAssist with marketing initiatives, outreach activities, and promotional eventsProvide administrative support to the Property Manager, including correspondence and file managementAnswer phones and assist with general office operationsPerform light cleaning of apartments and common areas as neededQualificationsMinimum 2 years of multifamily leasing experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBackground in sales, customer service, or marketing preferredStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsProfessional appearance and positive demeanorProficiency with computers and leasing/property management softwareValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhy Join Us?Competitive pay with commission and bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off & holidays401(k) with company matchRent discount for eligible full-time employeesTraining and career development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team cultureExcellent growth potential within a respected property management company#IND1
