Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage production teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Hire, train, and support plant staff to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product excellence.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality production standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and minimize downtime through preventive care.
  • Present key performance reports to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.

What We‘re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
  • A proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
