Compensation Package:

As a successful Retail and Event Marketing Promoter, you can earn up to $15 hourly base pay, plus a lucrative commission structure that rewards your hard work. With the potential to earn up to $1,000 weekly in commissions, your total earnings could reach $16,020 annually ($15 hourly x 40 hours/week x 52 weeks/year) + $52,000 annually (up to $1,000 weekly x 52 weeks/year).

Your actual earnings may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc.

Job Description:

At Renewal by Andersen, we're looking for talented marketers to join our Retail & Event Marketing Team. As a part-time flexible job, you'll be representing our brand at premier retail partner locations throughout the Brainerd area. This is an exciting opportunity to make fantastic money promoting a product you believe in.

Responsibilities:
  • Vigilantly and diligently generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory, generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Transport self to assigned territory and work independently, representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
  • Utilize Renewal by Andersen's mapping program and business applications to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking.
  • Be courteous, neat, clean, and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times.
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Communicate with Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen.
  • Master Renewal by Andersen's methodology, product, and current promotional offerings, becoming a Signature Service expert.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • A true people person.
  • Motivated to help build the RBA footprint.
  • Dedicated and dependable team player.
  • Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
