You'll operate at the center of our marketing function, partnering across different teams including Product Marketing, Industry Markets, Regional Marketing, Digital, Brand, Creative, Events, Social, Partner Marketing, Community, and PR/AR teams to ensure Workflow Automation shows up strong, relevant, and differentiated in every market interaction.Lead marketing transformation at a cutting-edge AI-powered software company during a pivotal unification moment. Professional growth opportunities in a fast-paced, strategic environment during organizational transformation.What You'll Do at PegaStrategic Offering LeadershipOwn the end-to-end go-to-market marketing strategy for Workflow Automation, defining messaging and positioning in close partnership with Product Marketing and Industry MarketsDrive engagement growth across buyer journey stages and pipeline generation through integrated campaign execution across the entire marketing functionEstablish and track KPIs including new contact engagement growth, pipeline generated per offering, and Annual Contract Value influencedUnified Marketing ExecutionLead cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Creative, Events, Social, Regional teams, Partner Marketing, Partners, Community, and PR/Analyst Relations teams to activate campaigns globally with speed and consistencyPartner with Digital to optimize paid media, SEO, and web experiences for maximum impact across all touchpointsCoordinate with Regional Marketing to ensure consistent global execution while enabling local market customizationBuyer Journey Optimization Through UnificationLeverage our unified Growth Programs and digital marketing approach to deliver qualified, context-rich contacts instead of raw leadsDesign and execute nurture streams that progress contacts from awareness through evaluation with relevant, high-impact contentTrigger automated, personalized handoffs to Sales based on buyer behavior and intent signals developed through our integrated approachPerformance & Growth AnalyticsMonitor cross-channel activity to detect momentum and buying intent using AI-driven predictive models across the unified marketing functionAnalyze performance across content, web, paid, and email channels to drive continuous optimizationProvide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and campaign refinement across all marketing disciplinesMarket Intelligence & AmplificationIntegrate market insights and use-cases through collaborative partnerships across the entire marketing functionCo-create campaigns with strategic partners to expand reach, credibility, and influenceStrengthen external positioning through coordinated analyst, press, and influencer engagement via unified team effortsWho You Are5-7 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably in enterprise software or intelligent automation. Proven track record leading global campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes in matrixed, cross-functional environments. Technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM software, CDH, and analytics tools. Cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams in unified organizational structures. Data-driven approach with experience using behavioral tracking, predictive analytics, and performance optimization. Strategic mindset combined with operational excellence and strong project management capabilities.Experience marketing automation/workflow solutions to Fortune 500 decision-makers. Familiarity with Pega's platform or the broader intelligent automation ecosystem. Background in unified, cross-functional marketing environments or organizational transformation initiatives. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
