As we prepare for the launch of our product later this year, we're looking for a skilled and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our pre-launch and launch marketing campaigns.In this role, you'll be an integral part of the team, contributing your expertise while developing creative and impactful campaigns. The first three months will involve close collaboration with our founding team to craft a customer journey that spans from initial digital touchpoints to long-term communication. Your efforts will be grounded in values of market leadership, transparency, inspiration, and delight. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies throughout the pre-launch and launch phases. You'll take ownership of understanding our target personas, creating a high-converting pre-launch page, managing email journeys, executing social content strategies, and leading influencer and PR campaigns. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving growth, particularly for hardware products in a startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Conduct market research to refine and understand target personas.Develop and execute marketing strategies for pre-launch and launch phases.Create strategies to build a high-intent audience prior to crowdfunding.Campaign Management:Oversee the creation of a high-converting pre-launch landing page.Manage first-party email marketing strategies.Plan and execute content calendars for social media platforms.Influencer and PR Strategy:Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and awareness.Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like pre-launch sign-ups and social media engagement, providing regular updates.Collect and analyze feedback from early adopters to refine marketing efforts.Optimize campaigns based on data to maximize ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with our team to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and business objectives.Manage marketing budgets to maximize resource utilization and impact.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within hardware or consumer electronics.
