Conference Room AmbassadorSBM Management is looking for a Conference Room Ambassador to help them shine We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow The Conference Room Ambassador enhances the conference room's general appearance around all campus', working in their assigned campus'/buildings. The CRA is responsible for maintaining the serviceability and aesthetic integrity of all conference facilities, as well as the restock of all amenities.ResponsibilitiesVerify time in conference rooms and coziesPut the cords inside the enclosuresAdjust blinds if necessarySet chairs tight around tableRe-stock Conference Room AmenitiesCheck whiteboard supplies and make sure they are following the stocking standards. DO NOT TOUCH WHITEBOARDReport any safety issues (broken furniture, lights out, wet floor, etc.) Copy roomsReport any issues to "Copy Room" Ambassador in team communication groupReplace "Weekly Push", "Product Business", & "Visualize This" sheet in every stall sign holder in assigned buildings weeklyAccept Weekly/Daily email meeting invites of "Faceversary" delivery ordersReceive orders from designated delivery locations from "Ship Happens" and deliver to each orders recipientQualificationsCustodial experience is preferred but not requiredSpeak and Write EnglishCompensation: $19.60-$20.60 per hourShift: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pmSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
