Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Management Analyst to join our team In this role you will get to support USCYBERCOM's Capability and Acquisition Directorate with Action Officer support and task execution. We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the timely completion of government tasks, enhance and streamline business processes, provide Action Officer support, build relationships with senior leaders, and support cross-functional teams for various working groups and tiger team initiatives.What You'll Be Doing:Provide technical and functional expertise on Service strategy, policy, planning and operationsProvide document reviews, analyze issues, prepare comments and coordination with leadership for policy, legislation and decision memorandaCollaborate throughout the organization to ensure knowledge of and the timely and appropriate responses to internal tasks and requests for informationEnsure compliance with all policies and procedures and manage communication with all leadsPlan, monitor, and coordinate response schedules and actions to achieve positive end resultsUtilize an internal Task Management System to manage actions.Review and determine all appropriate requirements required for task completionMonitor and ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance procedures and evaluate all task comments and responses.Administer all phases of task responses, including final coordination with Leadership for concurrence.Draft and coordinate point papers in support of USCYBERCOM J9 Directorate leadership to accomplish a coordinated response with internal and external stakeholdersEngage Government leadership at the Division Chief and Director level regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy regarding J9 posture on time-sensitive tasksAssist Government leadership with implementing Command initiatives and objectives and contribute to the development of concepts of operation and doctrine pertaining to cyber operationsParticipate in cross functional teams and cross functional eventsWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Active TS/SCI w/ polyBachelor's degree in related field10 years of related experience in large organizations and/or projects5 years DoD/Military Staff experienceSecurity Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle Parsons is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status or any other protected status.
