Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible.Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Military Acquisitions Action Officer to join our team In this role you will get to support US Cyber Command's Advanced Capabilities Directorate with internal task execution.What You'll Be DoingProvide technical and functional expertise on service strategy, policy, planning and operationsProvide document reviews, analyze issues, prepare comments and coordination with leadership for policy, legislation and decision memorandaCollaborate throughout the organization to ensure knowledge of and the timely and appropriate responses to internal tasks and requests for informationEnsure compliance with all policies and procedures and manage communication with all leadsPlan, monitor, and coordinate response schedules and actions to achieve positive end resultsUtilize an internal Task Management System to manage actionsReview and determine all appropriate requirements required for task completionMonitor and ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance procedures and evaluate all task comments and responsesAdminister all phases of task responses, including final coordination with Leadership for concurrenceDraft and coordinate point papers in support of USCYBERCOM J9 Directorate leadership to accomplish a coordinated response with internal and external stakeholdersEngage Government leadership at the Division Chief and Director level regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy regarding J9 posture on time-sensitive tasksAssist Government leadership with implementing Command initiatives and objectives and contribute to the development of concepts of operation and doctrine pertaining to cyber operationsParticipate in cross functional teams and cross functional eventsWhat Required Skills You'll BringActive TS/SCI w/ PolygraphBachelor's degree in relevant field8+ years of related experience in large organizations and/or projects5+ years experience with DoD and military staffWhat Desired Skills You'll BringProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationKnowledge Management skills and abilitiesSolid communications skills with senior leadersSecurity Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
