What is a Payroll Administrator? A Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for Cinemark Holdings. This role will be responsible for applying procedures and exercising judgement to support managers and employees and process accurate payroll.
A Day in the Life of a Payroll Administrator:
• Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 22,000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets
• Confirm and deduct appropriate taxes, garnishments and other special payroll deductions
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve concerns timely
• Responsible for employee updating employee records
• Electronically files all employee forms
• Back up for payroll tax, unemployment and garnishment remittance
• Handles all I-9 tracking, management and compliance
What You Will Need to Have:
• 2 - 3 years of experience in multi-state, multi-location, payroll processing, familiarity with federal and state regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highest level of confidentiality
• Detail-oriented
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
