Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
  • Provide basic technical assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting common issues and assisting with software installations.
  • Document support activities and resolutions for future reference.
  • Organize and maintain IT resources.
  • Support software testing efforts by identifying and documenting bugs and issues.
  • Lend IT support in software install and Laptop imaging.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user manuals, and guides.
  • Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in the setup and configuration of computers, hardware devices, and networking equipment as required.
  • Offer fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to ongoing projects and discussions.
  • Contribute constructively to team brainstorming sessions.
  • Support the planning and execution of technology-related events, workshops, or training sessions.


What we are looking for:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and software applications is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
