Operating across six continents with 11 manufacturing facilities, this position offers tremendous opportunity for a commercial executive to influence worldwide expansion initiatives.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementDrive accountability, deliver coaching, and cultivate an environment of collaboration and achievement focusManage and mentor a successful team of regional sales leaders across various territoriesEstablish standardized sales methodologies, resources, and performance metrics across all regionsPartner with local general managers to create effective organizational frameworksStrategic Leadership & Business DevelopmentFormulate and implement worldwide sales strategies in alignment with division goals and industry developmentsDiscover and develop new OEM partnerships and market prospects across global territoriesOversee strategic relationship management for key international clients, securing sustained partnerships and business stabilityCreate and refine pricing approaches and commercial structures to enhance profitabilityMarket Intelligence & GrowthTrack industry developments, client requirements, and competitive environment to guide strategic choicesAssist with complex proposal responses and spearhead negotiations for significant project winsDeliver market intelligence to inform product development and positioning approachesPromote sustainable, profitable expansion in line with operational capacityCommercial Operations & PlanningDevelop and oversee annual sales budgets and ongoing projections with regional teamsTrack performance versus objectives and execute remedial measures when necessaryFacilitate cross-departmental partnership with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Finance divisionsMaintain uniform global pricing and commercial conditions across all territories to preserve competitive advantage
