We are on the lookout for motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional direct care and support to our patients. The House Supervisor - Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.

Ensure that all staff members deliver care in accordance with the Standards of Care andpractice.
Implement the unit policies and procedures and act as a resource to the staff.
Responsible for unit compliance with The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, state andregulatory standards and patient rights standards.
Evaluate program effectiveness and formulates plans for improvement.
Assist in developing staffing schedules in accordance with patient needs.
Coordinate the process for determining and maintaining accurate legal processes forpatients.
Ensure Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management policies are consistentlyimplemented on the unit.

Your Experience Matters What were looking for:

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility. Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Georgia Board of Nursing

Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification and successful completion of CPI within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.

Compensation:
