About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our clients team. This role involves overseeing the daytoday operations of a manufacturing facility. Youll play a critical role in implementing companywide initiatives ensuring operational efficiency quality control and compliance. If youre a highly driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement we want to meet you

Your Mission:
  • Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced on time and meet specifications (production supervision quality control).
  • Lead and motivate teams across multiple shifts ensuring operational efficiency in a demanding environment (team leadership supervision).
  • Recruit train and develop machinists and team leaders providing coaching and performance management (staff development team management).
  • Implement standardization processes and continuously evaluate practices for improvement opportunities (process improvement standardization).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including department heads and external partners to support strategic business goals (stakeholder management collaboration).
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards such as OSHA ITAR and AS9100 (safety and compliance regulatory controls).
  • Monitor operational systems and track performance metrics establishing corrective actions as needed (operations monitoring KPI tracking).
Core Competencies:
  • Manufacturing Supervision: Proven ability to oversee manufacturing operations including scheduling and team management.
  • Process Improvement & Standardization: Experience implementing processes that increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with department heads vendors and external partners to achieve strategic business goals.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering manufacturing or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role preferably in a machine shop setting.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent collaboration emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with a talent for timemanagement and problemsolving.
  • Experience in process improvement data analysis and tracking performance metrics.
Skills Required:
  • Manufacturing Supervision: Experience in overseeing manufacturing teams and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead coach and manage teams across multiple shifts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA ITAR and AS9100 standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in budget management and project management.
  • Knowledge of CNC machining and experience in purchasing tools and consumables.
  • Experience working in startups or growing small businesses.
