Job Summary

Tailor Made Compounding is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for shipping all packages and products to our customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort, label, pick, pack, and ship prescription medications with precision and attention to detail
  • Receive, count, and record shipment data into patient pharmacy software, verifying packing list information against actual packed medications
  • Identify and notify supervisor of any incorrect or short-shipped items
  • Meet the requirements for a background screening and drug test
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year shipping/receiving experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
