Recently raising a Series C and backed by some of the top VC's such as: Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into CandyJarTV is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse.What You'll Do:Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, working side-by-side on strategic priorities, planning cycles, and special projects that drive Inkitt's growth.Oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and delivery across the executive team and company leadership.Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and operational frameworks.Support decision-making by conducting deep strategic and analytical work, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights.Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and strong executive alignment.Represent the CEO in key discussions, meetings, or projects as needed, ensuring continuity of leadership and communication.Champion collaboration and operational excellence across teams, helping Inkitt stay fast-moving and coordinated as it scales globally.What You'll Bring:MBA required from a top institution, paired with strong strategic and operational acumen.Top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or Bridgewater) or investment banking experience required.
