Every carrier, broker, and MGA is asking how to automate their call centers - and we're building the platform that makes it happen. We're looking for a Chief of Staff (Growth) to be the CEO's right hand in capturing this momentum. You'll work directly with Amir to drive pipeline, close deals, and build the systems to scale our go-to-market motion. The role is simple: do whatever it takes to win. Cold call prospects. Manage enterprise relationships. Plan conference strategy. Build demos. Launch outbound campaigns. If it drives revenue and growth, it's yours to own. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to become a department leader at Strada.
