This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in various administrative and strategic tasks.Summer 2026 Internship InformationReal-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)Hybrid in our New York City office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)June 2 through August 14$23.00/hourFull-time - 40 hours per weekWeekly lunches and social gatherings in officeSpeaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta GlobalKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance to the CEO in managing schedules, emails, and appointments.Assist with tracking and reporting of important client milestones.Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient use of the CEO's time.Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Create client profiles for prospect meetings.Assist with facilitation of ticket management on behalf of the firm.Dictate and distribute important meeting notes.Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Assist in various day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant toolsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityProactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challengesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsZeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual's sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.We're committed to building a workplace culture of trust and belonging, so everyone feels invited to bring their whole selves to work.
