About Us:

We are a dynamic preventive telehealth medical practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care and innovative health solutions to our patients. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our practice and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Main Duties:

Scheduling: Handle the scheduling of consultations efficiently using our medical software.

Chart Management: Set up and maintain patient charts with accuracy and confidentiality.

Communication: Answer and return phone calls, follow up on website inquiries, and manage communication via emails and faxes.

Assist in sending and receiving orders and other medical communications as necessary.

Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional duties as needed to support the practice and enhance patient care.

Required Work Experience, Skills, and Education:

Experience: Prior experience with medical software like AdvancedMD is preferred but not essential.

Technical Proficiency: Must have working proficiency with computers and desktop software such as Google Chrome.

Education: Some form of secondary education is preferred. However, it is not mandatory.

Other Qualities: We are looking for someone who is personable, punctual, and committed to their role and our mission. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
