FTE: Full Time Days, with various shift options available. Pay: $22.75 - $35.26 / hour, based on your relevant experience. Minimum Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program. Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN). BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, valid for at least sixty days post-hire. As an LPN, under the guidance of an RN, you will provide essential patient care in alignment with our organizational values and standards. Responsibilities: Assist in patient assessments by collecting critical data for RN analysis. Implement care plans through interventions like specimen collection and wound care. Support patients in daily activities including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. Monitor and document patient statuses, communicating any changes to the healthcare team.
