Job Description We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Global Executive Sales Leader in a fast-paced and progressive environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating international communications, and enabling executive-level productivity across time zones. This is a direct hire and remote role. Candidates must reside within the greater Sacramento area for occasional in-office meetings and client presentations. Remote/Hybrid (located near Sacramento) Pay range starting at $130k-150k DOE Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the executive's calendar, 50% global travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Coordinate global communications and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for sales meetings and strategic planning Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support special projects, event planning, and cross-functional initiatives Serve as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in sales or global operations 3+ years of experience managing direct & full travel arrangements for client meetings, trade shows and events. Must be familiar with current international travel advisory notices, travel visa and customs requirements. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack) Ability to travel occasionally for executive support at key events
