Bring your commitment and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that prioritizes people.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department.Supervision of assigned staff includes conducting performance evaluations, scheduling, providing orientation, and offering training.Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, corrective action plans, and similar actions.Determine caseloads and assign cases to the team. Review treatment plans to ensure completeness and accuracy.Track all necessary data related to case management performance targets and the timeliness of reports. Maintain internal and external file compliance.Ensure consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques, promote a therapeutic environment, and develop/support quality improvement initiatives.Collaborate with the management team to develop effective policies and procedures for behavioral intervention, and serve as a liaison to other departments within the agency.Instruct and support staff in the use of behavior intervention strategies, providing in-service training and professional development to foster staff growth.Facilitate Behavior Intervention Team department meetings, including developing agendas, conducting training updates, and disseminating information related to policies, procedures, and updates regarding funders, etc.Maintain an individual case-load and perform all the duties of a behavior analyst.Ensure compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements, while maintaining internal adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.QualificationsMaster's Degree in behavior analysis or in mental health, psychology, or human services with a BCBA credential licensed in the state of MN.Experience with CentralReach preferred.1-3 years of experience with documented training in behavior intervention techniques required.Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.Demonstrated skills with motivating teams, building rapport, and driving results to meet goals.Previous leadership/management experience preferred, 3+ year BCBA certified highly preferred, comfort and/or experience programming for and working with a wide age range of individuals.Effective communication skills to manage relationships.A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.Why Join Us?Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holiday pay.Rewarding, complex work adding value to the organization's mission alongside a great team of co-workers.Enjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunities.We have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply TodayJoin Our TeamIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families, we encourage you to join Northway Academy's mission of helping everyone live a full and happy life.
