Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including, but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. In addition, the Home Health Aide will be responsible for patient care, personal care, and communication with the client and their healthcare team. The Home Health Aide will work with clients in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications
  • Home Care, ADLs, Patient Care, and Personal Care skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus
  • Experience working in home health care or a long-term care setting is a plus
