What You’ll Do: As a Senior Mobile Developer on the CollX Mobile App team, you‘ll be at the forefront of creating a world-class mobile experience for our marketplace users. You will architect scalable, performant, and reliable React Native solutions while working remotely with a talented cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers. You‘ll lead projects from discovery to launch, consistently delivering features that enhance the collector experience. By leveraging data-driven insights, you‘ll experiment, iterate, and continuously improve our product offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a user-first mindset.
  • Drive innovation by proposing creative ideas that not only delight our users but also contribute to CollX’s business growth.
  • Take ownership of quality, testing, and performance to ensure the app reliably performs for all collectors.
  • Establish best practices and elevate our engineering standards, contributing to a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to manage and resolve outages, ensuring smooth app operation.
  • Actively mentor other team members and lead design discussions, guiding the team toward high-quality solutions.
  • Continuously improve our codebase and systems to accelerate team velocity and support scale.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in building consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
  • Extensive experience with React Native and GraphQL
  • Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end architecture, with a focus on mobile development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with a distributed team and scale applications and systems.
