Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to lead our Mechanical Department as the Department Head. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, designing and engineering from initial concept through completed construction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and evaluate system concepts, determine best design and engineering solutions, and prepare reports and studies.
  • Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and administration staff to achieve project goals.
  • Interface with clients to discuss changes to designs and/or specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineering License in NJ & PA (or ability to obtain).
  • Project management experience, with proven track record of success in managing multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience with engineering, design, building, and mechanical code requirements.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD or AutoCAD environment.
What We Offer

This is a senior-level position with a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
