  • We’re currently searching for an experienced Master Scheduler responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule that integrates all activities required to successfully execute projects or operations for critical programs being delivered by the technology organizations. (examples of programs, mergers and acquisitions, ERP Transformation etc.). In this role the Master Scheduler is expected to collaborate across multiple large programs and projects, partner with key stakeholders to identify critical activities and interdependencies.
  • Experience in master scheduling for multiple large programs and prepare executive summary for different level of audience across the organization.

Master Scheduler Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, or Planview to develop and manage schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical paths, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel or Tableau, to generate reports and metrics.

Minimum Requirements (Must Haves):

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in maintaining and updating schedule.
