Responsibilities:

  • Establish and keep track of R&M budgets and forecasts
  • Receive R&M requests for all US Stores and Corporate Facilities
  • Negotiate proposals/contracts with vendors and schedule resolution works for general repairs
  • Ensuring that standards of quality are met
  • Prioritize and address urgent maintenance needs
  • Frequent communication with external maintenance companies and contractors, including weekly update calls
  • Strategize and oversee Preventive Maintenance services
  • Liaise with Landlords and Government departments to comply with code requirements and inspections
  • Receive, process, and keep track of repair and maintenance invoices
  • Create a schedule of store visits as needed to audit conditions of the stores, prioritizing NY metro area
  • Partner with Store Development for minor improvement projects



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering field a plus
  • 4-5 years relevant experience in applicable luxury retail repair and maintenance
  • Detail-oriented person who can multitask
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong prioritization skills and understanding of urgencies
  • Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance
  • Understanding of luxury retail design, quality and materials in construction and millwork
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in autonomy
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed
