Our client is searching for an R&D leader with previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have a talent for strategic thinking in addition to high-level technical expertise and a passion for hands-on product development.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entire product development lifecycle
  • Effectively coordinate with clients and partners
  • Manage lab technicians, scientists and quality assurance professionals
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient product launches
  • Recruit and mentor new members to the R&D team
  • Establish and track relevant metrics to report to senior leadership


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in R&D within the Food & Beverage industry
