As an Inside Sales Representative (B2B) working from home, you will:Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guideClose sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B and B2C skillsUse product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customersBe detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and servicesTrack, document, and retrieve information in databasesOffer additional products and/or services with every saleDeliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.Your qualifications. Other qualifications for our Inside Sales Representative (B2B) (Remote) role include:6+ months of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products and/or services)A strong understanding of the sales/selling process, asking probing questions, persuasion, overcoming objectives, negotiation techniques, closing sales, building relationships, and communication skillsOpen availabilityA high school diploma or GEDA quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your homeProficiency in fast-paced multi-taskingEagerness to learn new technologiesStrong computer navigation skills and PC knowledgeA desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)High speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphoneMust reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residenceWhat's in it for you.
