Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Transportation Driver to join our team. The Transportation Driver will be responsible for safely transporting our guests while providing them with outstanding service from one location to another. This position requires excellent driving skills, adherence to traffic laws and regulations, and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a clean driving record.

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally.

• Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.

• Transport guests around resort; to and from Antrim County Airport, Bellaire, and other places as arranged.

• Drive in a safe and professional manner.

• Maintain each vehicle to ensure they are clean and presentable for transporting guests.

• Report any and all problems to reduce repair and maintenance costs.

• Report any and all accidents to the Director of Resort Services.

• May be called upon to deliver newspaper, mail or amenities.

• Must possess or gain strong knowledge of the Resort and surrounding areas.

• May be called upon to perform other duties on an as-needed basis (assist bellhop, front desk agents, etc.)

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in transportation is required.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalency.

Required Skills:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (CDL with a Chauffeurs tag for all 25-pass vehicles).

  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
  • This position must frequently lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Frequent and pro-longed guest contact is required for this position.
