Responsibilities:
Technical Network Responsibilities:
- Setup and configure Microsoft 365 tenant, adhering to best practices.
- Implement cloud security measures, including conditional access rules.
- Design, setup, and administer SharePoint architecture.
- Utilize Power Automate to establish workflow rules.
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
- Deliver a friendly and helpful experience to clients.
- Provide advanced remote and onsite troubleshooting.
- Keep clients informed of ticket status, changes, and outages.
Use Internal Ticketing System:
- Manage and document all work through the ticketing system.
- Resolve escalated Helpdesk Tickets.
- Maintain comprehensive client documentation.
- Ensure tickets are actively managed and not left "stale. "
Collaborate Across Internal Team:
- Mentor junior service team members.
- Follow all security procedures and remain vigilant for security issues.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute effectively to innovative changes.
- Undertake other duties as required by the COO or CEO.
Skills and Attributes Desired:

- 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant setup and administration.
- Proficient in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams setup and administration.
- Skilled in Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure setup and administration.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
- Good documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, Google Workplace, and virtualized environments.
