Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a talented leader and Marketing and Product Strategy Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our Commercial Aircraft Parts Business team in Seattle, WA.This role will perform critical data analysis, customer execution, and business strategy development for Commercial Parts programs. These positions are integral to the P&L management and Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) growth of the BGS Commercial Parts business. These individuals will work cross-functionally with business and functional leadership to enable and drive improvement to BGS's positioning in the commercial parts aftermarket. The ideal candidate will:Possess a high degree of business acumen within the commercial airline industryCollect and analyze data-driven information to support business objectives, opportunities & risks, market trends, and business goalsEvaluate scenarios to shape airplane business strategies or forecastsSupport internal communication of business needs to ensure alignment and shape market perception across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholdersIdentify market and product selling trends to provide insight into the aviation aftermarket and productsMaintain and utilizes complex, broad analytical models to respond to business challenges and external opportunities.Position Responsibilities:Duties will include (but are not limited to):Strategy Implementation and Sales EnablementLeverage data analysis to develop strategic initiatives, drive competitive improvements, and improve business outcomes in the following areas:Customer segmentation & customer targetingRegional business growthForecasting enhancements across business-critical segmentseCommerce sales channel developmentOffer / Promotion developmentProduct Line enhancementCommunicate and align growth initiatives to sales channels. Provide commercial support & technical sales supportImplement strategy and align across BGS Commercial Parts Business segments, Fleet Service Teams, Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Engineering and Supplier Management organizations to strengthen Boeing's product offeringsCross Functional CollaborationBuilds trusting relationships and communicates business priorities across functional business partners and Supply Chain through Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadershipSupports the communication of data analyses and business insight to an Executive audienceImplements customer and program communication plansProgram ExecutionSupports program work structures and top-level execution plans, including monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis to manage monthly business results and evaluate root cause changesSupports the senior managers for the business segment by coordinating program execution and metricsLeads project initiatives to improve commercial part product & category performance (revenue, cost, convenience, delivery, quality)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):4+ years in a role requiring project/program management skills4+ years' experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities4+ years' experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners4+ years' of demonstrated experience in data analytics, working with complex datasets to deliver actionable insightsExperience implementing strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environmentExperience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior LeadersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):Experience in the commercial aviation industryExperience in marketing, sales, finance and/or supply chainExperience spearheading customer / product segmentation and analyticsSQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau software experience preferredDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
