About the Role:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Thousand Oaks, CA for the 2024-2025 school year. This position involves providing essential therapy services to students with moderate to severe needs across multiple schools, from PreK through 12th grade.

Your Impact:

Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Setting: Onsite, supporting students in PreK-12 with moderate to severe needs
Caseload: Manage a varied caseload across several school locations
Focus: Provide direct and indirect therapy services to improve functional skills and support student development

What You'll Do:

Assess and Plan: Perform detailed assessments and create individualized therapy plans.
Intervene and Support: Deliver direct therapy and work with teams to provide additional support.
Collaborate: Engage with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational plans.
Monitor and Adjust: Document and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
Engage: Conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions to address each students needs.

What Were Looking For:

Licensure: Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
Experience: Preferred experience with moderate to severe needs in PreK-12 settings.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
