About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity in Thousand Oaks, CA. Youll be working with middle and high school students, supporting their growth and development in an educational environment. This is a great opportunity for an OT looking to make a lasting impact on students lives by helping them improve their functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide occupational therapy services to middle and high school students
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and IEP teams to develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy and monitor progress to ensure students meet their goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed records of student performance
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the specific needs of each student

Requirements:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
  • Experience working with students preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Schedule:

  • Full-Time, 37-40 hours per week
  • Start ASAP, with services running through May 30, 2024

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $48 - $56, depending on experience and qualifications
