Chello is built on a foundation of pioneering data-intelligence and our team of innovators, driven to tackle the financial challenges of the industries we serve. At its core, it’s the first of its kind digital banking platform that delivers daily business insights, cash flow predictions, access to funding and more.


Our summer program is designed to both challenge and develop active college students through hands-on industry experience. Hires will participate in a 9-week program where they will contribute to Chello’s business strategies, engage with business leaders, explore new technologies, and share learnings with the team. The program may even result in future opportunities with Chello.


Located at Chello HQ, in the heart of Charlotte NC’s metro area, positions are currently available across the following teams:

• Technology, Operations and Development

• Customer Success and Experience

• Revenue Operations (Product Strategy, Marketing & Sales)



What you will do:

  • Add value by contributing to strategic initiatives whilst guided by an experienced Chello mentor.
  • Gain exposure and expand your professional network by working with individuals at different levels of the organization.
  • Challenge the status quo by presenting new and innovative ideas and methodologies.
  • Propose, validate, and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency in areas of need.
  • Collaborate, consult with, and build relationships with internal and external client groups.
  • Expand your skill set in a fast-paced, interactive environment.


What you need:

  • Active enrollment at an accredited university or college is required. Students with expected graduation dates before May 2025 are highly preferred.
  • Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics / Science, or related STEM majors recommended. Other majors may also be considered.
  • Previous Internship / Co-op experience desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, innovation, influence and decision-making skills required.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office (Work, Excel & Power Point) required.
  • Availability to work fully on-site during the summer of 2024 required.
  • Legally authorized to work in the in the United States of America.
