Your Role

The internship program starts June 10, 2024 and will continue for ten (10) weeks until August 9, 2024.

Are you majoring in Industrial Engineering or a related field and looking for some real-world job experience? If yes, this internship is for you The Atlas Copco Group will offer a 10-week paid summer internship to an undergraduate or graduate student.

You will work a hybrid schedule #LI-hybrid at our South Charlotte location (About 5 miles away from Carowinds). You will work within our Engineering, Quality, and Operations team on several projects including:

You will work with our Quality Manager to set up an inbound inspection process within our warehouseYou will work on the Outbound flow within the warehouse specifically regarding packagingYou will help implement an automated quality checking process in the Outbound department.To succeed, you will need

Education

Enrolled as an Junior/Senior or Graduate student at an accredited college, university or technical/vocational institutionObtaining a degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum GPA of 3.0 or aboveSkills

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and show initiative.Take initiative, positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Experience using Microsoft office programs.In return, we offer you
