You'll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud.The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Partner team is looking for an experienced Partner Leader to lead a small cohort of strategic partner relationships for AWS Professional Services. You'll drive transformative IT projects for customer, focusing on IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations, scaling through our ProServe Partner network. The PPL is a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our partners, customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes. PPLs support partner, and customer relationship management while enabling sellers to lead partner included sales activity ensuring customer satisfaction for a defined set of partners and customers. PPSMs are primarily focused on delivering outcomes through their teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring their partners, and teams have the tools and support to achieve their goals. Your experience gained within the technology sector (and partner ecosystem), will equip you with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM systems coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. PPLs will be measured on the performance of their partners against key metrics including but not limited to Partner Pipeline, Revenue, and Billable Bookings.The AWS Partner Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help our partners and customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and supporting execution of partner involved sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growthManaging partner relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunitiesLeveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutionsMonitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage riskA Day in the LifeAs a ProServe BCAP Partner Leader you will establish and grow business and technical relationships and manage the day-to-day interactions associated with your strategic BCAP pursuits. You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth, a tighter BCAP plus ProServe relationship, major strategic agreements, and overall end customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a business background that enables them to engage at the BCAP Sr. Partner and CXO level. This includes the channel experience to understand the needs and capabilities of their partner, and the sales background to easily interact with Clients and sales/field reps.
