Recruiting MSPs and Systems Integrators, will be paramount to this leaders success and thus experience and success in this area is highly desired./ppThe ideal candidate is highly experienced in business transformation, thrives in early-stage growth environments, and brings the strategic patience and operational discipline needed to build high-performance organizations from the ground up. While transformational leadership is essential, this role equally demands a leader who leads from the frontengaging deeply in the field, with partners, and alongside the team./ppThis leader will oversee field and inside sales, sales specialists and MSP and DMR partnershipsdriving a cohesive and scalable go-to-market strategy for enterprise networking across the United States. In addition, this leader will have dotted line leadership with the US systems engineering team./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliBuild, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales organization rooted in accountability, customer-centricity, and operational excellence./liliRecruit, develop, and retain strong sales talent across field sales, inside sales, and partner management./liliExpand and activate a robust partner ecosystem, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), VARs, resellers, and distribution partners./liliFoster a culture of collaboration, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement./li/ulpResponsibilities also include:/pulliOwn and execute the U.S. enterprise networking go-to-market strategy, driving growth across all commercial segments./liliAlign cross-functional teamsincluding marketing, operations, finance, and systems engineeringto ensure unified execution and customer satisfaction./liliLead quarterly business planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic account prioritization./liliMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape long-term commercial strategy./li/ulpAdditionally:/pulliEstablish a next-gen coverage model leveraging field, inside and specialized sellers./liliEstablish scalable sales processes, workflows, KPIs, CRM discipline, and partner engagement systems./liliDrive operational excellence across field sales, DMR business, and channel sales transformation./li/ulpRequired qualifications include:/pulli1015+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in networking, SaaS, IT infrastructure, or adjacent B2B technology sectors./liliBachelors degree in business, IT, or related field./liliDemonstrated ability to lead sales transformations and build high-performance teams./liliStrong understanding of the networking channel ecosystem, MSP models, and enterprise/commercial buyer needs./liliExceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills./liliProven experience implementing scalable processes and driving sustainable revenue growth./li/ulpPhysical requirements include:/pulliTravel up to 40% for customer engagement, partner meetings, trade shows, team leadership, and strategic field activity./li/ulpCompany statement/values:/ppAt NETGEAR, we are on a mission to unleash the full potential of connectivity with intelligent solutions that delight and protect.
